Chef Sabila Boodhonee's journey began in her hometown of Nice, where a love for French pastry took root early. Though she pursued a science degree in the UK, her true passion always led her back to the kitchen.
In 2008, she trained in the US, where she discovered her deep connection to chocolate. The craft of blending flavor, texture, and design became her signature.
Today, with over a decade of experience, Chef Sabila consults for brands worldwide, merging science, culture, and creativity into every chocolate she makes. For her, life is sweet—and best enjoyed one bonbon at a time.
